PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Please note that the products on the main trackonstore.com website are designed for Home use only Semi-commercial Commercial Home use only products carry a home use warranty alone. Equipment purchased from our website and used in a non-domestic environment will render the warranty null and void unless the equipment description states it is suitable for commercial use.

PRICING

trackonstore.com ‘Normal Price’ is usually the Manufacturer’s or Supplier’s Recommended Retail Price and may include carriage where applicable. On imported and ‘Own Branded’ products, our ‘Normal Price’ is based on equivalent products in the market and can be quantified on request. VAT All products listed on our retail shop are priced inclusive of VAT which is 5 % of product value after discounts, if discounts are applicable.

DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders received from remote locations in Saudi Arabia, there will be additional delivery charges subject to the location of delivery. Customers may contact our sales representatives to get more information about such additional charges.

trackonstore.com currently offers a) COD (“Cash on Delivery”) c) Debit and Credit card payments.

WARRANTIES

All new equipment sold by trackonstore.com is covered by a minimum one year manufacturing warranty including free maintenance/ service cost that covers the labour cost as well. In case of any damage, the equipment should be returned to us before 7 days from the date of purchase. No replacements shall be effected after the 7 days period and under cases where the equipment can be repaired.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by trackonstore.com which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.
